A delicious dessert that isn't too sweet.

My mother-in-law loves chocolate and raspberries and loves them together. For Mother's Day, I made a dozen of these cupcakes for her and she loved them to the point of hording them. These cupcakes are made of rich chocolate cake and are filled with home-made raspberry jam. Raspberry frosting, once again using home-made raspberry jam, is added to the top and a ripe raspberry is placed on top.
