Caramel Mocha Delight cupcakes

Rich Chocolate Cake filled with chocolate ganache. Mocha frosting, using freshly brewed coffee from RedEye Roasters, is added on top and home-made caramel is drizzled on top of the frosting. Just to make sure this dessert isn't too sweet, coarse sea salt is sprinkled on top and a few espresso beans are added as garnish.
