A tasty version of a sinful ice cream creation.

My college roommate would visit me while I worked at a place called the DugOut on campus. She would order a Black & White Frappe (vanilla ice cream, lots of chocolate syrup, and a ton of crushed Oreos). This cupcake is a baked version of the frappe.
12 individual rich Chocolate cakes are filled with vanilla buttercream frosting. The frosting is overloaded with Oreo crumbs so it appears chocolate. More of this cookie frosting is added on the tops of the cupcakes and either a partial whole Oreo or Oreo crumbs are added as garnish. You just need a glass of milk to accompany these creations.
